Application / Usage Method
Surface Preparation
Clean the masonry surface of dust, oil, and loose mortar. Moisten the surface thoroughly before application.
Mixing
Take 6-7 liters of clean water in a bucket. Gradually add 40 kg of Ready Mix Plaster.
Stirring
Mix mechanically or manually for 5-10 minutes until a lump-free, homogeneous mortar is formed.
Application
Apply the plaster mixture uniformly on the prepared wall using a trowel or spray machine.
Levelling
Use an aluminum straight edge to level the plaster. Finish with a wooden or sponge float for desired texture.
Curing
Begin water curing 24 hours after application. Cure 2-3 times a day for 3-5 days for maximum strength.
